All-inclusive package

We have an all-inclusive fee package at Risley Day Nursery to help make parents life stress-free. Within our package we provide all necessities like nappies, wipes, all nutritious snacks and two course lunch freshly prepared by own chef, toothbrushes, toothpaste and sun lotion. We only ask you to provide for babies any bottles with formula milk and all children to have a spare pair of clothes for all those messy days!

Handpicked staff

At Risley Day Nursery, we hand pick our staff for their ability to provide the optimum care and dedication for your child to the exact standard you would expect as a parent. All of our staff are qualified, police checked and undertake training in first aid and hygiene and have ongoing training and development as recognised in our IIP award. The following qualifications in childcare are a prerequisite in our nursery:-

Healthy and nutritious menus

The children enjoy breakfast, mid-morning and afternoon refreshments consisting of cereals, milk, juice, biscuits and fruit. 2 course seasonal lunches, which our chef prepares freshly on a daily basis, which include fresh vegetables and seasonal fruit. Afternoon teas consist of sandwiches with various fillings, soups, savouries and fresh fruit. All special dietary requirements are catered for.

Outdoor activities and play

We promote a healthy lifestyle with plenty of opportunity for fresh air and exercise in our large garden to the rear of the building. The nursery garden is safe and secure and is well equipped with climbing and sliding apparatus promoting physical development. We have a separate self contained grassed baby garden allowing babies to explore their outside world!

We recognise that outside play and activities are as important as indoor, therefore, we promote having ‘inside’ play ‘outside’ and ‘outside’ play ‘inside’.

Therefore, our outdoor play area has many features encompassing different areas where the children can participate in various activities. Our garden includes a vegetable patch, water and sand area and chalk area encouraging social and physical development. There is a small house to encourage role play and we have many bikes, cars, bats and balls to encourage physical healthy exercise whilst having lots of fun!
